New wave Endo-Surgery has announced the completion of the acquisition of an FDA approved Nerve Block Needle and Anesthesia kit product line; an assortment of nerve blocking, anesthesia delivering, and nerve stimulating needle designs. Studies have revealed that this pain-relieving device to reduce the need of opiates in patients before and after surgery.

Co-founded by Alexander Gomez in 2014, New Wave Endo-Surgery Inc. is a company that develops and manufactures laparoscopic and robotic surgical devices. These devices are invented to improve the outcome of a patient undergoing surgery by reducing the amount of pain felt and operative time spent. They are also designed to be cost-efficient.

Upstream Partners has helped its client, Immersive Media, realize the full value of its intellectual property assets, as Digital Domain Holdings Limited (DDH) completed a strategic investment in the virtual reality and immersive content sector by taking a majority stake in the Canadian VR tech firm. Upstream had advised the company for over a year to position its catalog of IP assets, which initially raised $6 million, then within fifteen months was acquired for approximately well over 30 times revenue, with the lion’s share of value being attributed to its intellectual property.
