IP Assets in Population Health Management
Upstream Partners helped a health care provider identify and protect its intellectual property (IP) assets in order to recognize, preserve and increase the value of the company’s intangible assets.
Upstream conducted an audit of a non-for-profit company in health care predictive analytics and patient health care programs in order to help the company identify and value its IP assets as well as the data it had produced, and continues to produce, through its analytics and care plans. This included a deep review of proprietary algorithms, data structures and data content.
